Joseph P. Pylman

Mr. Pylman focuses his practice on representing employers in labor and employment matters in both New York State and Federal Courts. In addition, Mr. Pylman regularly counsels employers regarding day-to-day employment matters involving unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, wage and hour law, workplace discrimination and harassment, union avoidance, employee terminations, restrictive covenants, and compliance with the New York State Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. He also litigates employment claims before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York State Department of Labor. Mr. Pylman also practices corporate law.
