Joseph Struble is an associate in the firm's Business Law section. His transactional practice focuses on the areas of real estate, business law, energy and natural resources, and intellectual property.
Mr. Struble is a 2013 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, and was a senior articles editor on the Houston Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Struble practiced as a student attorney in the consumer law clinic, where his service was recognized with the CLEA Outstanding Clinical Law Student Award.
In addition, Mr. Struble served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Gray H. Miller of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Honorable Evelyn Keyes of the First Court of Appeals of Texas. Before attending law school, Mr. Struble served for two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Togo, West Africa.

•Counsel to a national non-profit on intellectual property law issues related to trademark, copyright and intellectual property licensing.
•Representation of a private individual in state and federal trademark applications and licensing of intellectual property rights.
•Counsel to private companies in the preparation of organizational agreements and ongoing company management.
•Representation of a private energy company in the preparation of an underground gas storage agreement.
•Counsel to a private energy company regarding its surface use rights and development options for industrial property with outstanding mineral interests.
