| Biography | Mr. Ferguson practices in the areas of admiralty, commercial lending and transactions, business and consumer bankruptcy. He has served on numerous local and state bar association committees and was appointed to the Lawyer's Professional Responsibility Board for the State of Minnesota from 2006-2010 service as Vice-Chair from 2008-2010. He holds the designation of Proctor in Admiralty in the Maritime Law Association and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Mr. Ferguson has his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University. Fellow: Minnesota Lawyer's Professional Responsibility Board (Vice-Chair).
