Zelman Law is a Tallahassee-based law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of people accused of crimes, ensuring people injured due to the negligence of others or whose families members have been killed secure compensation.
We dedicate ourselves to an honest, yet aggressive, approach to all of our cases. The majority of Mr. Zelman's practice is devoted to the representation of individuals charged with criminal and traffic offenses in State Court, especially Felony offenses and Driving under the Influence. Mr. Zelman has successfully defended numerous persons charged with violent felonies, including attempted murder, armed kidnapping, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and armed robbery. He has also successfully defended clients charged with sale of controlled substances, and a variety of property crimes, including grand theft, dealing in stolen property, and burglary.
