| Biography | Josh Collins is an associate in Waller Lansden's Healthcare Regulatory practice. Mr. Collins assists hospitals, physician groups, psychiatric facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, home care agencies, hospices and other healthcare providers with fraud and abuse matters, state and federal anti-kickback regulations, self-referral prohibitions and other regulatory and operational issues. He has extensive experience with respect to state licensure, certification issues and Certificate of Need (CON) applications as well as Medicare enrollment and reimbursement matters. Mr. Collins also provides regulatory advice and counsel related to the structuring of joint ventures and facility acquisitions. Mr. Collins co-authored the article "Understanding the RACs and How to Deal With Them" on Medicare recovery audit contractors which was published in the June 2008 issue of The Governance Institute's Boardroom Press newsletter.
