Joshua J. Gayfield represents businesses in a broad array of complex commercial litigation matters, including business and contract disputes, litigation of claims arising from banking and lending transactions, and the defense of financial institutions.
While Mr. Gayfield attended the University of Virginia School of Law, he served on both the Articles Review Board and the Editorial Review Board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. He also was a finalist in the Henry G. Manne Law & Economics Moot Court Competition. Prior to law school, Mr. Gayfield had a notable career in the United States Marine Corps and was recognized with numerous awards for his accomplishments.
