In the course of his practice, Josh routinely litigates matters in federal bankruptcy and district courts, including advising and representing lenders regarding collection matters, potential lender-liability claims, Intercreditor disputes, and possible instances of borrower fraud.
Josh also regularly advises clients in connection with the enforcement of creditor rights. His experience includes representing lenders and mortgagees in real estate foreclosures and assisting secured creditors in enforcing rights arising under the Uniform Commercial Code, including Article 9 sales.
