| Biography | Leading Argentine lawyer: by publications such as the Chambers Guide of Leading Lawyers, the "Who's Who Legal", and by "El Cronista Comercial". Professor: Finance at the MBA of the Universidad del CEMA and he has also lectured at graduate programs on Securities at Universidad Católica Argentina Speaker: on conferences in Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Chile, the United States and México. Co-author: Book "International Secured Transactions" and he authored several articles published in many legal publications in the United States and Argentina. Member of the Board of Representatives of the Argentine Bar Association, where he is active on different Committees. He is member of the Board of the Center for American and International Legal Studies in Dallas and active member of many organizations such as the International Bar Association and USLAW Network. Mr. Arocena is a member of the board of various local and multinational companies and NGOs.
