Judd is a trial and appellate attorney who focuses on business litigation matters, including alternate dispute resolution, product liability, business torts, contract disputes, trade secrets and consumer litigation defense.
He also has experience assisting clients with trial and appellate litigation of bankruptcy matters, including workouts, business reorganization and creditor defense.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Judd was a litigator in the Houston office of an international law firm, where he handled matters such as real estate litigation, consumer financial litigation defense, bankruptcy creditor defense, product liability defense and corporate fraud.
Judd serves as the vice president of the Treeman Family Foundation, a charitable organization founded by his late father that spearheads a variety of philanthropic initiatives throughout Oklahoma.

· Secured temporary injunction stopping client's competitor's misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with employment contracts and conspiracy to cause breaches of fiduciary duty owed to client
· Secured final affirmance in the Supreme Court of Texas for intermediate appeal and trial victories on behalf of adoptive parents seeking to retain their parental rights and care for a child who had suffered from severe abuse and neglect prior to their adoption
· Secured numerous summary judgment victories for clients defending against unlawful debt-collection claims
· Won summary judgment against opposing bankruptcy trustee-plaintiff's fraudulent transfer and preference avoidance claims, including successor liability claims alleged against clients on assets purchased from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
· Successfully settled more than 40 adversary actions brought against clients in bankruptcy, including many settlements as low as 5 percent of alleged liability
