In addition, she has also represented lenders in the restructuring and modification of secured, unsecured, asset-based, real estate, construction and subordinated loans. Judy counsels banks on the structuring of credit facilities and related issues.

Representation of Borrowers. Mezzanine Lending. In addition to representing senior lenders, Judy has also represented subordinated lenders in numerous financing transactions. Judy drafts and negotiates loan and security agreements, debt and equity purchase agreements and warrant agreements for Spring Capital Partners II, L.P., New Spring Mezzanine and Boathouse Capital L.P. and also has counseled mezzanine lenders in workout and bankruptcy proceedings.

Workout/Bankruptcy. Judy represents secured and unsecured lenders, trade creditors and debtors in out-of-court workouts and restructurings, and in the bankruptcy courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She has also negotiated and documented post-petition credit facilities for lenders.
