| Biography | Prior to joining the firm, she was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for a Maine ski resort company. While there, she was involved in the initial public offering of stock in the company and in its acquisition of ski resorts in Utah, Colorado, California, and Nevada. She also assisted the company in its development of several interval and whole ownership condominium projects in both its eastern and western resorts. Phi Beta Kappa. Member, Portland Race Committee. Chair, Portland Sponsorship Committee of the Maine Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Served as guardian ad litem with the Court Appointed Special Advocates Program. |
