Julianne Lombardo is an associate in the Government Investigations and White Collar Criminal Defense Group, focusing on International Trade Compliance and Enforcement. She counsels clients on compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and related U.S. law and policy affecting international trade and business, including sanctions programs, customs laws, and antiboycott regulations. Her practice includes conducting internal investigations, preparing voluntary disclosures, and drafting internal compliance policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Shipman & Goodwin, Ms. Lombardo counseled clients involved in complex False Claims Act litigation. She also has experience as a member of a corporate monitor team created pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement with the Department of Justice.
