| Biography | Julie Doré began her career in business law at BCF in 1998. In December 2003, after five years of practice, she became a partner in the firm. Julie specializes in the financing of biotechnology and information technology businesses as well as in mergers and acquisitions. She also assists businesses in corporate reorganization and the implementation of profit-sharing plans for key employees. Julie acts as an observer and corporate secretary on the boards of many businesses she works with during their growth. |
