Ms. Randolph is a member of the Litigation Services Department, focusing on product liability defense. While attending law school, Ms. Randolph was an intern for the International Foundation for Art Research, researching international cultural property law, and the Civil Division of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. She also served as a mediator in the Kings County - Brooklyn Civil Court's small claims court. Prior to law school, she worked as a textile conservator at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Product Liability Defense
· Defense of a major chemical company in federal and state mass tort litigation involving allegations of brain cancer caused by chemical exposure.
Insurance Recovery
· Obtained summary judgment, affirmed on appeal, in contractual dispute between former and current property owners regarding allocation of responsibility for $42 million environmental clean up and insurance rights.
Pro Bono
· Drafted a petition for a writ of certiorari in a federal prisoner civil rights case involving due process claims arising from administrative detention.
· Worked on the team that obtained a full acquittal of murder charges brought against William J. Barnes.
