| Biography | Julie is a senior shareholder of the Davis Brown Law Firm in the Business Division. She has a general practice in, but not limited to, areas of Banking, Bankruptcy, Business Organizations, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Julie has experience representing creditors and debtors in financial and bankruptcy transactions. She represents buyers and sellers in purchase transactions.
