The Managing partner of the Firm, Ms. Sanja Juric, is a member of the New York Bar and practiced in New York City for six years prior to establishing Juric law offices (2001) which were spun out from Consensus Ltd. (established in 1997), a business consulting firm providing a wide range of business services in the arena of international transactions. In 2010, Ms. Jasminka Vrbanovic joined the Firm and became a Partner. Therefore, the Firm offers a unique combination of local market knowledge, business relationships and legal expertise coupled with the professionalism, approach and knowledge of an American law firm. A multidisciplinary, strategic business approach distinguishes Firm from traditional law firms. The Firm primarily represents foreign commercial, financial and governmental clients investing in and operating within Central and Eastern Europe. A highly experienced, responsive and adaptable team supported by a well developed network of international and domestic law firms, accounting firms, tax and other experts have successfully advised on and executed some of Croatia's largest and most complex transactions and projects.
