Justin grew up in Jackson County, AL and graduated from Scottsboro High School in 2003. He has two sisters, Jennifer Jones and Lauren Lackey. Jennifer recently graduated Law School at the University of Alabama and Lauren is attending The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. He is married to Lauren Durham of Scottsboro, Alabama.
He is a member of the State Democratic Executive Committee, the Executive Committee of the Jackson County Bama Club, Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and a member of the Board of Directors of The Promenade and The Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. He is the current president of the Jackson County Bama Club. He is also a member of the Greater Jackson County Chamber of Commerce Drug Committee.
As a student at the UA School of Law, Justin participated in Trial Advocacy for Criminal Litigation and the Criminal Defense Clinic. He received an Excellence for the Future Award in the Criminal Defense Clinic.
Justin focuses his practice on Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Truck Wrecks, Injury Law, Criminal Defense, DUI and Traffic, and Civil Litigation.
