| Biography | Justin Lapedus is a partner in our Financial Services Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on banking, secured lending transactions, including cross-border transactions and acquisition financings, project finance as well as asset-based lending transactions. Mr. Lapedus acts for both Canadian Banks and other large financial institutions in connection with the structuring and negotiating of both corporate and commercial loans, and also acts for corporate borrowers. He has recently represented bank syndicates on secured loans made to income funds. Mr. Lapedus received his BA (Political Science) from York University in 1995 and his LLB from the University of Windsor in 1998. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000. | | | ISLN | 915150517 | |
