Justin Fieldspractices in the area of litigation with a focus on general commercial litigation, legal malpractice and professional liability, intellectual property litigation and transactional intellectual property. He also has experience in the areas of insurance law, labor and employment (class action) law, secured transactions, products liability, RICO, environmental, and state and federal civil procedure issues.
During law school, Mr. Fields served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Robert L. Dondero, Then-Presiding Judge - Civil Division, Superior Court of California, City and County of San Francisco.
Mr. Fields is a 2008magna cum laudegraduate of University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, and a 2005summa cum laudegraduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
