Justin Kitchens focuses his practice on advising insurers and other participants in the insurance sector on regulatory and transactional matters. His experience includes advising insurance companies with regard to mergers, conversions, and other restructurings and acquisitions, and reinsurance companies on a wide range of matters, including XXX securitizations, transfers of blocks of business and captive insurance company programs. Prior to joining Sutherland, Justin was an associate at a large international law firm.
Justin is also fluent in Arabic, French and Russian.
