Justin is an Associate in GrayRobinson's Orlando office. His practice is focused on Litigation with an emphasis in medical malpractice defense and insurance defense. Justin has represented hospitals, physicians, nurses, and emergency medical technicians across the state of Florida in medical malpractice cases. He also handles a significant amount of first and third party claims on behalf of insurance company clients throughout the state of Florida. Within the Litigation department, he also has experience working with various stages of business litigation and professional liability cases.
Background
Justin was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida. He graduated from the George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Justin later graduated from the Florida State University College of Law. During law school, he was an editor for one of the school's highly ranked legal journals, taking part in the publication of four journal issues over two years. During his final semester, Justin also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas B. Smith of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. After graduation, Justin served as a Legal Aide at the Orange County Bar Association Legal Aid Society in Orlando, Florida before joining GrayRobinson.
