Justin is an associate in the Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group. His practice focuses on the representation of corporations and individuals in environmental litigation matters, environmental regulatory compliance matters, and federal and state environmental enforcement actions. Justin's expertise extends to a wide variety of environmental regulatory schemes including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Clean Air Act and state counterparts.

Prior to joining Troutman Sanders, Justin served in the United States Air Force including one tour in Iraq. Additionally, Justin served two years as law clerk to the Honorable Richard Smoak, U.S. District Judge, Northern District of Florida.
