Dwayne Vande Krol is a member of the firm's Tax, Estate Planning, and Employee Benefits Department. Dwayne has extensive experience representing clients in state and local tax matters, including sales and use tax audit representation; corporate income tax nexus dispute resolution, including negotiation of voluntary disclosure agreements; and state tax credits and incentives agreement negotiations and compliance. His practice also includes property tax appeals, as well as advising clients related to federal income tax matters, including IRS audit representation and the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
Prior to joining Nyemaster Goode, Dwayne spent 15 years with a national public accounting firm. He holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate (Iowa 1993).
