K. Kelly White Bryant is an Associate in the firm's Louisville office where she is a member of the Health Care Service Group. Kelly's practice is primarily devoted to health care regulatory issues and health care litigation. She focuses on certificate of need applications, hearings and appeals.

Before Stites & Harbison
Kelly joined Stites & Harbison in September 2007 after participating in the firm's summer associate program in 2006. In the summer of 2005, she worked as a summer associate at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, in Lexington, Kentucky. While in law school, Kelly was a senior staff member for the Kentucky Law Journal and, in the spring of 2006, she served as a clerk for the Fayette District Court judges.
More than Stites & Harbison
Kelly is the Health Law Section Chair and past Vice-Chair for the Louisville Bar Association. Kelly is a board member of the American Heart Association and was a co-captain of Stites & Harbison's 2009 American Heart Association Heart Walk Team. She also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Center for Women and Families in Louisville and is on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood House.
