KLA - KOURY LOPES ADVOGADOS was founded in 2002 by a group of highly qualified ex-partners and associates of one of the largest law firms in Brazil, who decided to join efforts in an innovative project with a new philosophy of rendering legal services with a direct involvement with the clients' activities. KLA offers a broad range of services, advising and representing local and foreign clients. With offices located in São Paulo and Houston, Texas, the firm is also able to offer services in all major cities of Brazil.
We are, and intend to continue being, a medium size law firm, focused on the relationship with our clients and on the quality of the service provided. Every client has a dedicated team and we ensure that clients enjoy a close relationship with the partners and associates working for them. The partner in charge of a particular client will be permanently dedicated and responsible for its affairs and for its relationship with the firm.
Our clients are diverse and include some of the major Brazilian corporate organizations and international companies operating in Brazil. We currently represent international clients from 27 foreign countries (Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States).
