The firm was founded in the late 70s by Rainer Klaka who at that time had 30 years of experience as a lawyer in a leading IP litigation firm. KLAKA is a dedicated "boutique," specializing in IP litigation and counseling. In particular, the firm conducts patent litigation in all technical fields as well as trademark and other IP-litigation before German courts and participation in proceedings before the Federal Patent Court, the German and the European Patent Office (all of them being located in Munich) and the Federal Supreme Court.
