Kaitlin is an associate in the Casualty Department focusing on legal research and writing. Her practice is dedicated to drafting substantive motions and briefs on a range of legal issues, including products liability, premises liability, personal injury, intentional torts, and creditors' rights. Kaitlin handles, and assists senior attorneys with, cases throughout the litigation process. She has provided extensive litigation and trial assistance for cases in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties, the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as in the District of New Jersey and the New Jersey state courts.
Kaitlin graduated from Cornell University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. She then attended the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, receiving her juris doctor in 2007 and her Master of Laws in Transnational Law in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Heidi Willis Currier and the Honorable Fred Kieser, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. Kaitlin is a native of Philadelphia, where she presently resides with her family.
