Kaitlin M. Humble is an associate with the firm. She maintains a diverse practice, servicing business and individual clients across several firm practice areas, including Corporate and Business Law, Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Finance, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Litigation. She advises clients on matters of corporate governance, business entity transactions, securities regulation, business reorganizations, and commercial litigation, with an intellectual property focus.
Kaitlin earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude from The University of Notre Dame in 2011. She was a Hudson Trust Scholar at The Johns Hopkins University, where she earned her BA in both English and Economics in 2005.
Prior to joining Halloran & Sage, she worked in a small general practice law firm in New Haven County, served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office in Washington, DC and served as a clerk at the Office of the State's Attorney in Hartford, Connecticut.
Kaitlin also brings with her experience gained before law school working for an international consulting firm based in Washington, DC, where she supported financial industry professionals who provided expert witness services for litigation, negotiation, and arbitration for clients including international corporations, government agencies, and small businesses.
