Karen A. Rosenthal is a counsel in the firm's Torts Group. Resident in the DC Office, she joined the firm in 1997.
Karen's practice involves services to a multinational corporation as national counsel for the company's premises liability litigation.
Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Karen handled complex insurance coverage litigation for several major U.S. insurers and also provided counseling on various reinsurance matters.
Karen graduated from James Madison University's Honors Scholars Program, magna cum laude, and the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Review.
