Karen Corliss represents clients in general business and corporate matters, including:
· mergers and acquisitions
· corporate finance matters
· venture capital and private equity funding transactions
· compliance with federal and state securities laws
Ms. Corliss served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing/Moot Court Program and was also a Notes editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion while attending law school. During law school, she worked as an intern at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
In 2010, Ms. Corliss was recognized as a "Rising Star" among Pennsylvania lawyers under the age of 40.

Ms. Corliss is a member of the Board of Trustees for A.R.T.S for Kids at Risk. She is also a member of the Women's Council on Energy and the Environment.
