Karen V. Sullivan is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She has extensive experience in white collar, civil and bankruptcy-related litigation matters in federal and state courts in Delaware.
Karen is admitted to practice in Delaware, Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She also currently serves as a guardian ad litem though the Delaware Office of Child Advocate and appointment by the Delaware Family Court.
Karen is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., cum laude, 1998) and of the University of Delaware (B.A., 1992).
