Kari Knight Stevens concentrates her practice in employee benefits and executive compensation and employment law. She serves a wide range of clients in areas including:

· compliance with federal and state employment statutes
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Stevens served as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar in Geneva, Switzerland, where she worked closely with several international organizations and completed studies in the field of international relations at the Graduate Institute of International Studies. While in law school, Ms. Stevens was a member of the Temple Law Review and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, District Court of New Jersey.

· Represented leading supply chain, warehousing and transportation management solutions provider in all benefits matters relating to $200M acquisition.
· Represented worldwide information technology and business process outsourcing provider with respect to all employee benefits matters in sale of subsidiary.
· Represented private equity investment firm in executive compensation matters relating to $352M sale of portfolio company.
· Frequently advise, conduct trainings, and speak on matters pertaining to fiduciary responsibility under ERISA, COBRA, and Health Care Reform.
· Advised major healthcare providers in design and implementation of wellness programs.
· Represented stakeholder and prepared plan documents in Employee Stock Ownership Plan buyout of privately held company.
Community Service & Affiliations
Ms. Stevens serves on the Republican Committee of Lower Merion and Narberth and the volunteer outreach committee for The Career Wardrobe. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Boston College Alumni Association.
