Karl Freeburg has a broad-based practice in the area of commercial transactions. Karl's practice includes the representation of borrowers and lenders in all types of real estate secured and asset-based financings. He also has broad experience assisting businesses in the documentation and negotiation of a variety of contracts, including supply agreements, consulting agreements, and real estate purchase and sale agreements. Karl brings a practical, results-oriented approach to the representation of his clients.
