Karlie is an associate in the Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group. Karlie's practice focuses on representation of corporations, industry groups, and individuals in all aspects of environmental law. Most particularly, her practice includes regulatory compliance, rulemaking, permitting, defending federal and state environmental enforcement actions, and environmental litigation. Her expertise extends to a wide variety of environmental regulatory schemes, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Air Act, and state counterparts.
