    Biography

    Kate's practice is focused on labor and employment matters, which includes advising employers regarding human resources issues including personnel policies, employment contracts, employee handbooks and severance agreements. She has obtained favorable resolutions in cases filed in state and federal court and in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, the St. Louis Civil Rights Enforcement Agency, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Kate has also successfully represented clients in matters before the Missouri Division of Employment Security and the Illinois Department of Employment Security.
