Kathaleen's practice focuses on corporate, alternative entity, and commercial litigation, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Her litigation practice frequently involves expedited proceedings, including requests for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctive relief. Kathaleen has experience in a variety of substantive areas, including Delaware corporate and alternative entity law, mergers and acquisitions, access to books and records, indemnification and advancement, complex contractual agreements, arbitration agreements, covenants not to compete, and trade secret misappropriation.
Kathaleen grew up in Smyrna, Delaware, and currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware. She began her legal career as a staff attorney for Delaware's Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. Prior to her legal practice, Kathaleen engaged in human rights work with Belfast-based organizations, including Madden & Finucane, Solicitors, and Intercomm Belfast.

Prior Employment
From 2004 through 2006, Kathaleen was a staff attorney with Delaware's Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI), during which time she litigated matters with CLASI's then-fledgling Fair Housing Program. She also represented victims of domestic violence in her practice at CLASI.
