Biography

Ms. Mueller is an associate in the Real Estate Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Mueller focuses on commercial sale-leaseback transactions, real property acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial real estate development and finance. She represents real estate investors (including pension funds, private equity funds and real estate operators) on transactions, development projects and financings. She also represents lenders on new loans, refinancings and workouts.

Ms. Mueller's international trade practice builds on her prior experience working for the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Ms. Mueller has expertise in U.S. free trade agreements, trade in textiles and apparel and industrial goods, U.S. trade preference programs and WTO dispute settlement.
