Kate focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and securities & corporate governance and works with clients from a variety of industries. She provides ongoing assistance to clients on business formation, structuring, restructuring, dissolution, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. In addition, she represents clients in merger and acquisition transactions and counsels on compliance with state and federal securities laws and stock exchange rules. Kate also drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements for corporate clients.
Kate participates in the Husch Blackwell Lean Six Sigma Pilot Program for Acquisition Transactions, which develops services that exceed expectations for faster, more efficient, high quality legal services and transaction management under alternative fee arrangements.
