Katherine Bell is an Associate in the Louisville office where she is a member of the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group. In her practice, Ms. Bell assists with lender liability matters, commercial and residential foreclosures, commercial litigation, title insurance issues, commercial and residential real estate issues, and state and federal regulation of settlement service providers. Ms. Bell also speaks to groups on various legal topics and issues affecting the lending industry.
