Katherine B. Hill represents a broad array of businesses and individuals in commercial matters and business litigation. Katie routinely represents parties to business disputes concerning, among other issues, the provision of consumer and commercial financial services, sales of goods under the Uniform Commercial Code, breaches of fiduciary duty and fraud in corporate governance, allegations of lender liability, copyright infringement, trademark misappropriation, general breaches of contract, and business torts. Katie is also an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College's Legal Studies Institute and is a member of the firm's recruitment committee.
Before attending law school, Katie earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and worked as an Assistant Vice President with Marsh, Inc. in Washington, D.C.
