Katherine is an Associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Section, practicing in the Boston office. She has represented both public and private companies, predominantly in the life sciences industry, with regard to ongoing corporate legal matters, corporate governance and various transactions.
Katherine has provided ongoing and transactional advice to private companies, particularly concerning venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. She has also counseled public companies on ongoing corporate legal matters, including federal securities requirements and corporate governance issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital markets financings.
Katherine is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts. She received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she served as the editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Legal Information Institute. She also has a B.A. in English Literature and American Civilization from Brown University.
