Katherine E. Judd

Ms. Judd represents businesses and private individuals in a variety of litigation matters including employment, contract, and civil disputes. Before joining Clyde Snow, Ms. Judd clerked for the Honorable Dee Benson at the United States District Court for the District of Utah and served as a Student Extern for Justice Ronald Nehring of the Utah Supreme Court. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Judd was employed in human resources at General Electric and Yellow Freight (now YRC) where she gained extensive experience with labor relations and compliance with state and federal regulations. During law school, she was the recipient of the CALI Award for highest grade in Estate Planning and completed a clerkship with Judge Dee Benson of U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. Ms. Judd formerly served as an articles editor for the Journal of Law & Family Studies (2006-2007) and authored an article for the Journal of Law & Family Studies, "Prescribing the Best Facilities for Our Nation's Health Care: Physician - Owned Facilities vs. Community Hospitals" (2006). Her most recent publications include employment-related articles for Clyde Snow & Sessions' newsletter, Business as Usual. Currently, Ms. Judd balances her work as a member of Clyde Snow's Employment Law Practice Group with serving as Secretary of the Utah State Bar Young Lawyers Division and on the Women Lawyers of Utah Special Projects Committee.
