Representative Matters
ˇ Represented Donegal Mutual Insurance Co. in acquiring control of Southern Mutual Insurance Co. Donegal Mutual purchased a $2.5 million surplus note from Southern Mutual and initiated quota-share reinsurance of 100 percent of Southern Mutual's in-force and future business.
ˇ Represented F.N.B. Corp. in its merger with Comm Bancorp, Inc. As part of the transaction, F.N.B. will acquire the Pennsylvania-based holding company and parent of Community Bank & Trust Co. in a stock-and-cash transaction valued at approximately $70 million.
