Kathleen is an Associate practicing in the Administrative Department of Foley Hoag's Boston office. Before joining Foley Hoag, Kathleen had considerable experience in the fields of land use and environmental permitting. Prior to law school, Kathleen worked as an urban planner and environmental consultant at Fort Point Associates, Inc, where she guided development projects through the environmental permitting and approval process at the local, state, and federal levels. Particular areas of expertise include zoning, wetlands/Chapter 91 licensing, and Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act compliance. During law school, she was a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review and an officer of the Boston College Environmental Law Society. She was also an intern at Brennan, Dain Le Ray, Wiest, Torpy & Garner, P.C., where she worked on cases involving zoning, licensing, and environmental regulations. In addition, Kathleen served as an intern for the Honorable Gordon H. Piper of the Massachusetts Land Court.
