Kathleen M. Lach

Ms. Lach is a partner in the Tax and Litigation groups of Arnstein & Lehr. She has experience in representing clients before a variety of different taxing entities, including the Internal Revenue Service, the Illinois Department of Revenue, and the Illinois Department of Employment Security. Ms. Lach has represented both businesses and individuals in income tax, sales tax, and penalty controversies, and in IRS audits, and liability settlement negotiations.
