Kathleen S. Cumming is an associate in Wicker Smith's Orlando office and has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation. She focuses her practice on matters involving insurance coverage, labor and employment, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, automotive liability and transportation.
Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Cumming worked for two years with an AV rated firm in Orlando, specializing in a broad range of business and litigation services. She also worked for an AV rated Florida defense firm, where she was a partner with the firm for nine of her 15 year tenure.
A native of Lake Ronkonkoma, New York, Ms. Cumming earned her Juris Doctor in 1987 from the University of Florida. In 1984, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida. She also holds an A.A.S. from Elizabeth Seton College.
Admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 1987, Ms. Cumming is an active member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
