Kathleen's real estate and development experience includes representing owners, developers, contractors, design-builders, lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, commercial landlords and tenants in a broad range of real estate-related transactions. Kathleen regularly assists clients with acquisitions, dispositions and development of industrial, commercial, office, warehouse, retail and agricultural properties throughout the United States. She has represented school districts in the disposition, acquisition and development of school properties. Kathleen is active in the not-for-profit community and advises various not-for-profits on construction, management and operation of their real estate.

· Represented private corporation in its $85 million expansion of its main facility and development of off-site support facilities
