Kathy has extensive experience in bankruptcy matters, including counseling debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 reorganizations and representing creditors in international energy industry bankruptcies. She also was counsel on landmark tax refunds in a life insurance insolvency case. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, Kathy was counsel for Berkshire Hathaway.
