Kathryn represents companies, insurers and individuals in state and federal courts across the country. While she concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial disputes and contract claims, Kathryn has experience in many areas of litigation, including malpractice defense, insurance coverage disputes and probate litigation.
Kathryn has trial experience as co-counsel in Missouri and Kansas state courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas. She has extensive experience in motions practice and all levels of discovery. Kathryn's appellate practice includes preparing appellate briefs in the Eighth and Tenth Circuits, the Missouri and Kansas Courts of Appeals, as well as arguing before the Kansas Court of Appeals.

· Represented local company in a large contract dispute with a local municipality
· Represented family-owned company in a large contract dispute with a national lender
