Kathryn Denhoff is a senior litigation partner with extensive experience in commercial litigation, professional discipline and employment law. She also practices in the areas of criminal law, administrative and regulatory law and education law.
Before joining Davis LLP, Ms. Denhoff was a crown prosecutor with the Ministry of the Attorney General, where she gained significant trial experience.
Ms. Denhoff continues to appear in court at all trial and appellate levels on civil and criminal matters, including the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, as well as the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the Federal Court of Canada. She also appears before administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Commission, Forest Appeals Commission, and Coroners' Inquests. In addition, Ms. Denhoff appears before a variety of professional disciplinary bodies on behalf of both individual members and professional associations, including the College of Dentists, College of Registered Nurses, College of Teachers, College of Opticians and College of Pharmacists.
